I've followed the instructions given but once I get to the Customize menu, I only had "General" on display. The "Copyright" one is not there. Where can I find it ?
For more context, I would like to change the copyright footer because the text does not display correctly when in tablet or mobile size. I would like to change the typo so that the space between the letters appears correctly in those sizes too.
That's because you're using a template footer and you can't customize it via Appearance > Customize > Footer, so you can change the style of it by going to Dashboard > Saved templates > and search for the footer that you're using and customize it.
I have already searched on the Dashboard > Saved templates but none of them has the copyright footer. I even made sure to open them all regardless of their names to check. It is really weird that I can't seem to find that footer anywhere ?

Can you please create a new ticket and provide me with an URL of your website, so I can check how have you added the footer on your website and I will tell you exactly where to change that.
Unfortunately I cannot open a new ticket because the form says my support has expired.
I purchased my template in May 2020 but due to coronavirus I could not use it and work on my website until the beginning of January 2021. That is why I only started reaching for support here this month.

And when I bought the Theme I thought where are some templates excluding Envato included. If yes, where can I find this ones?

As for the footer, you can override it at Apppearance > Customize > Footer > Copyright.

I don't really find in the field customize the Area Footer. This is my biggest problem.
