But why the updates are not frequent. this is a store theme, wooCommerce updates so frequently and if we compare it to there are not updates on theme, the theme contains old copies. Don't you think so theme developer should take care about this.

The last update on the theme was on 1 June 2020.Theme is not updated frequently as per other updates come.
