I've just purchased Amartha having good previous knowledge on Elementor but I can't for the life of me work out how I use this theme?
I don't want to use the customizer and would like to edit layouts / font styles etc etc using Elementor. Usually you'd just click 'edit' at the top of the page?
For instance, i'm on this page: https://www.staging2.apt68.co.uk/product/cream-silk-bauble/ which is simply your 'product layout v1' page and when i hover over 'Elementor' - it doesn't allow me to edit? It only has 'payment method' as an option to edit? Please can you explain how I change this using Elementor?
What about if I want to create a new menu header design? I just simply cannot work out how I do these basic things? Am I missing something obvious here?
1) Unfortunately the product pages cannot be edited with Elementor, the only options that affect are these in Appearance > Customize > Shop > Product, the same options are located in the page settings of the products as well.
2) How to edit Header?
In the theme you can either use the header that comes as default where you can upload the logo from Customizer and manage it from there or via Elementor where you can create headers and assign them to different pages, so please hover onto button Edit with Elementor and see if there appears a header template. https://prnt.sc/ppaaad
Click onto the template and the editor for that template will be opened where you can easily edit it.
1) This is a real shame. Hopefully you guys can sort this going forward as this is a major flaw.
2) There's no elementor option for me in the header (image attached)? I've gone to templates and can only see one - Payment method? I've gone into the downloaded theme files and found the 'dummy content' folder and tried to upload the 'widgets.json' file but i'm seeing the message 'Invalid Content In File.' Please can you advise?
1) Yes, we should really think about adding a product single builder
2) Please edit Payment Method with Elementor and inside you'll see the payment method images. If you can't reach them, please use the navigator tool from Elementor.
