Where aren't showing? Please check if you want in header, then go to Appearance > Customize > Header > Social Media, but also don't forget to write URL to Appearance > Customize > Social Media.
We're sorry, we think that it was in the header, but there aren't any Social Media for the header, only for the footer. See the screenshot where to find it.
The icons were displayed all the time but they had the same color as the d to Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS and now you can see them in the footer.
This is the code that we added.
