    Currently, the cart page shows 1 product as recommended products with saying "You may be interested in". Can I hide this?

    If not, can I have multiple with 2-3 columns? Currently it shows a product stretched to full-width, so it's too big.

    Now we've provide a CSS code to hide it. Please use the following code to Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS

    .woocommerce-cart .cart-collaterals {
    display: none;
}
