No worries, you can simply ignore that notice, the icons will be displayed there without problem. I have removed the notice, it will be gone in 1.1.5. We've implemented the plugin feature on the theme.
As for the social share, please check in the post settings as well, it may be that you're not inheriting the values.

The plugin NeuronThemes share is not activated, please activate it and try it again. The plugin can be found in includes > plugins.
PROBLEM: the plugin is not in folder INCLUDES -> PLUGINS

Make sure that you're running the latest version of Centaurus.
