custom elementor header template won't show

    Hi, i've created a custom header template in elementor pro (based on your side menu style).

    When i activate it in customizer > header > type > template and then choose the template it won't show neither in frontend nore in customizer live preview.
    no matter if choose "show/hide classic header"...

    it only shows when i choose it in single page settings. but i can't do this on 100+ pages...


    could you please help?

    Hi KochJ,

    There's a known issue that will be fixed soon(Update 2.1.0), when there is only one header template, Customizer doesn't respond.

    Can you please create just one blank header and publish it, re-select your header on Customizer and your header will appear again.

    is it the same problem with footer?

    i created a elementor footer template and in customizer is set the footer option to template and choose the elementor template. but it doesnt show. 

    i also created a second blank footer (thought maybe it's the same like header). but it doesnt work...

    Hi Koch,

    Make sure to re-select it and see what's happening. Also, please check in the page settings, if you're inheriting the values or not.

    yes, just had to activate the "blank footer" one time and then switch back to the correct template.

    no it works and the elementor footer template shows up
