    Hi There I just purchased your template.

    I am loving it so far but after I followed the instructions and installed the demo content all I have in my image library is blank placeholder images. How do I get both images for these demo’s? All templates I have downloaded before from other developers have all the Media files included.

    All I currently see is this in my Media files, (images attached)

    Please let me know, thanks!

    Hi Travis,

    Unfortunately, the images are not included in the package. Because some of them were not free for use, if you're looking for specific images, I can provide them for you.

    Okay thanks for letting me know. I was hoping for the zip files contained in the viewable template. Thanks for letting me know. If there is anything like that you can provide it would be greatly appreciated.

    Can I please get a refund for this template?? I am not happy with it. I will remove it from my server.

    I see their is a refund section. How does that work? I'm uninstalling the theme as it is not what I expected..
