I would like to make the menu items change colour when hovering. Just as it does in the Kyoto-demo (https://neuronthemes.com/kyoto/). Somehow, this is not activated in my version of Kyoto and I don't know where to find it.
And once the hover effect is in place, how would I change its colour?
In the theme you can either use the header that comes as default where you can upload the logo from Customizer and manage it from there or via Elementor where you can create headers and assign them to different pages, so please hover onto button Edit with Elementor and see if there appears a header template. https://prnt.sc/ppaaad
Click onto the template and the editor for that template will be opened where you can easily edit it.

Hovering over "Edit with Elementor" unfortunately doesn't open a header or footer option. It takes me straight to editing the page. (mouse cursor not visible in screenshot).
There is a range of header templates installed in the template section, but I don't know where to activate them or choose between them. What's more, when I click on "View", the header template looks like this ("first header" in this case):
The same happens in Elementor when I want to create a new header template:
Alright, I realised that in elementor I have to work with the neuron nav menu, not with the WP navigation menu. I managed to create a header template and import it into the live site.
That also means I will have to do all the styling in terms of margins, paddings etc, correct? Is it not possible to load one of the kyoto headers into elementor and start from there? Basically I want the same header that the demo version of kyoto comes with, only change the hovering colour.

Somehow the system threw out the screenshots I added straight to the text field. So here again as attachments.

I am very sorry for the late reply, we did not work on the Weekend & Friday, due some holidays.
Can you please check if you have installed and activated all required plugins, especially the neuron core plugin.
If you can let me know your wp-admin and tell me which header you want imported, I can import it for you and explain the process.
