Hello! I would like to report a font rendering bug.
When a user opens a page in a new tab, the rendering of the font is suddenly distorted throughout the new page. The bug appears occasionally not all the time. Open a page (ex: a portfolio item) repeatedly in multiple tabs and you should find the bug occurring at least once.
This bug seems to appear only in Firefox. I've tried it in Google Chrome and everything was normal.
I've attached multiple pictures showcasing the bug to this ticket. Picture #01 comes from my personal portfolio (website under construction). Pictures #02 and #03 are from websites in the Showcase section of the Bifrost Live Preview page.
I'm using the Bifrost default font (Roboto, a Google font) with my website.
However, I'm able to see that the bug occurs on all websites made with Bifrost, including the Bifrost Live Preview on ThemeForest. The bug doesn't only appear on my website.
I've looked at other WordPress themes that use Elementor and the bug was not occurring.
Interestingly, the bug doesn't seem to occur with Bifrost websites that use licensed webfonts (example: https://conrandesigngroup.com/). This website uses the licensed font "Sharp Sans".
I am very sorry for the late reply, we did not work on the Weekend & Friday, due some holidays.
Can you please provide me with your wp-admin, I will test it by disabling it completely, so to check if the issue is there, if yes we will release an update which will cover that part.

I am truly sorry for the late reply, I missed your ticket today morning and we did not work on the weekend due the pandemic.
Please take a look in this article, it seems that Firefox is not loading some fonts properly.

Is that so? It seems like we need an immediate fix. Could it be from this lines of CSS that we add?

I just tested it out (I added the lines to Additional CSS in the Customize menu) but I didn't see any change.
The bug still occurs throughout the page (header, body, footer).

The bug is still occurring sadly.
I understand it's a complex issue to fix.
Unless you have another idea on what could cause the problem, I think we can probably leave it at that.
You can reverse the changes you did to my website.
