    hi.

    it says it's activated but it's not, see image attached.

    i made a "dummy" website and all was fine (schwimmer.ca/atelier)

    i cant see "child" in themes. and i cant see all the plugins (elemental...)

    Please talk to your host providers and tell them about this issue, it should be related with the hosting permissions.
