Two weeks ago I purchased a license for your CRATE theme on ThemeForest/Envato Marketplace and installed it on my WordPress site.

I am very much enjoying the look and feel of the Portfolio sections. However, I am having a problem with making one of my Portfolio pages behave like the version in the Live Preview demo (https://preview.themeforest.net/item/crate-minimalist-wordpress-theme/full_screen_preview/19463035?_ga=2.224969753.2005453740.1585598864-36746356.1585339010)

When a user views one of your Portfolio pages on the Live Preview it shows a multicolumn grid filled with various Portfolio Items. By clicking on one of the Items the user is taken to a page/post with a text description at the top and a grid of images at the bottom, each of which can be clicked to open in a fancybox slider image gallery.

I have attempted to replicate the process listed in the documentation provided at https://neuronthemes.com/documentation/crate/

I created individual Portfolio Items, gave them categories and tags, and added a Featured Image to each. I created a Portfolio page and listed the Categories associated with the individual Items. I selected my Columns, told it to Inherit Style from the theme, and enabled both Gallery and Masonry.

When I go to my Portfolio page all of the Items are displaying correctly, but clicking on them does not take you to the page/post for each Item; instead it opens the Featured Image for each Item in a fancybox slider gallery on that same page.

How can I make the Portfolio pages on my site behave like the ones in the Live Preview?

    Hi,

Can you please tick on the top right remove frame and send it again, that redirects directly to the demo.

It seems like you have enabled the Gallery option.

Please leave that un-ticked and you'll have the single items clickable.

    Kind Regards
