1) Well, I need your wp-admin for that. Make sure to tick private on the reply.

2) You can create a new menu in Appearance > Customize > Menu and add it via the quick link widgets in Appearance > Customize 

3) Please check on the right sidebar, there's a attribute called Parent Page, remove that and you'll have it sorted correct.

4) You can simply duplicate via the following plugin.

For the pages you can remove it by going at attributes of the pages.

If the parent page is not appearing, you can wait a while(Gutenberng known issue) or install a plugin to disable gutenberg.

For the portfolio you need a custom plugin to remove the prefix.

Just skip it, the feature is already included in the theme, we will remove the notice in the upcoming update.

Are the social share appearing? You can show/hide it, for example in blog posts at Appearance > Customize > Blog > Post.
