My site has been gone for months, today I reopen and I discover that all the cover images of the product pages are gone and the images of the galleries are no longer enlarged. I have a site with lots of photos, and it must work well, how can such a thing happen ???
moreover now I realized that even the blog page that previously worked properly now no longer works
but why do these things happen? it is not possible that there are all these problems with this theme, you have to fix the problems now, I have worked on it a lot, I cannot lose all my work
Go to Elementor > Tools > Replace URL and enter your old and new domains into the form fields. Please make a backup before doing this, and enter the information in carefully. This should replace any URL changes that may have been missed in the migration process.

I repeat I have not touched these pages, and I have not changed the links, there are thousands of images on this site I cannot review all the links, it is the same as doing all the three-month work
If you don’t have access to the php.ini file, you can add the following values in your .htaccess file:
php_value max_execution_time 400
Be careful using these settings, some hosting companies don’t allow users to change php settings, if you experience any problem after making these changes, please revert these in your .htaccess file, using your FTP client.

Hi Emanuela,
I am seeing them all, can you please clear the cache and check it from a different device.
Such thing cannot happen, since the code stays there and everything is saved on the database.

It seems like an image is missing and is still linked to an old URL.

I am really a bit lost, what is not showing good? Can you highlight me with any screenshot?
I've checked the maximum execution of your hosting, it was very low.

I contacted my provider and this is the answer they gave me:
the value of max_input_time is set to 900 well above what is indicated by the producers of the theme.

What is wrong, I've checked your website and nothing was missing, can you highlight me with any screenshot.
The input time that I've mention, is because when there is a huge data in one page it can run out of memory.
