There is the one click demo importer in Appearance > One Click Demo Importer which will import all the demos, so you can remove what you don't need and keep only these what you need.

Yes, I have used the one click demo importer in Appearance. There's a "Main Demo" and a "Header Templates" import option. I've downloaded both. Actually, I've reinstalled the theme in a clean site 3 times and have used the one click importer as well as the manual importer and I get the same results. I've been getting error messages like the one shown in my attachment.
The issues can be ignored, it's because you have not installed the WooCommerce plugin and the products failed to import, so nothing to worry about.

Actually that's a project which can be placed on any page.
The images that are displayed on the portfolio element are portfolio items, they are linked through categories to the portfolio element. The images that are displayed for the portfolio item are placed on featured image of each portfolio item.
The following example shows a posts element in which are attached 'Apps', 'Development' and 'Editing' categories, which means all the portfolio items that have assigned one of these categories will be directly displayed on that page.
There is also the Metro Layout Type in which the posts are manually added via query field, the reason why they are manually added there is because of their columns flexibility.
various pages and elements that appear in the live demo are not accessible in the installed theme, for example, this page:

I'm especially interested in this page because of the way the type to the left stays in the window when scrolling through the images and because of the "next" and "prev" arrows at the bottom. This page does not exist in the demo materials: https://preview.themeforest.net/item/arkhitekton-modern-architecture-and-interior-design-wordpress-theme/full_screen_preview/23443282?_ga=2.136902451.2055388143.1584031287-761083357.1583343922
