in elementor I can see a module with name interactive posts, but I want to use this to fetch product categories not the product only can you let me know how I can achieve this

Unfortunately this cannot be achieved directly.
What you can do you can add these products as sample, for example creating a category called 'Categories' and add products there, name these products as your wanted categories. And in the page settings of that product, you'll see in the general settings an option called redirect, from that field you can redirect the URL of the product to the category page.
