I'm reaching out because I had a customer submit an order from the Product Archive page by clicking on the + button, but it defaulted to the lowest priced option rather than letting them choose what to order. I tried replicating it on my end and was able to get the same result. I recorded a video to explain the issue:
Is there a setting that I'm missing for this or a way to turn it off because I'm concerned about this happening if I receive a larger number of orders at once and having to do a large amount of refunds for it. Thanks!

Have you tried setting the default variation? That should work even from the add to cart.
