1) Please go to Appearance > Customize > Header > Layout and change the type to template, after that a new field will appear below where you can select the header template. Please check also the page settings, the pages that have different page settings, will override the settings that are set in Customizer.
2) Please check the page settings, they may have different settings, in footer > widgets or in footer > copyright.

In the rest of the pages it appears when editing with elementor footer contact, footer nav and footer galery and in the home they do not appear. I need to see the footer in the home as in the rest of the pages, now I only have the copyright. How can I get it out
