    Hi,

Suddenly Elementor won't load when editing templates. It worked before.
It works for pages and portfolio.

I turned off a few plugins I installed, killed the cache...

    Thanks!

    Hi,

That seems strange, everything from the server seems alright.

Can you please try to de-activate all the plugins except the required ones from Bifrost, and see if the issue occurs.

    Kind Regards

Okay I thought I tried to deactivate all but I seemed to missed one.

It was the "Remove CPT base" plugin that was used to take away the portfolio prefix in the URL we talked about before.
Strange it just affected template Elementor editing and not for pages and portfolios.

    Any idea why?

    Thanks!

    Hi,

Somehow it could mess with the hierarchy of template post type, please click save changes on the Settings > Permalinks and check if the issue occurs again.

    Kind Regards

    It did not solve it.

As long as I know it can be deactivated when I need to make changes to a template.
It works for pages and portfolios.

What should permalinks be set to?

    Thanks!

    Hi,

It seems like the plugin is messing with Elementor template library somehow.

The permalinks should be at post name.

Feel free to ask for anything you need.

    Kind Regards
