Please update Bifrost to the latest version.

Im using the metro portfolio template - and then I was editing the 'portfolio posts' that were supplied with the theme - but it always say 404 when I preview - the link doesnt seem to open the portfolio post. (though the featured image DOES show in the portfolio page...
Ive tried making a new portfolio element and linking it - again the picture shows up but the link is broken.
Please click save changes on Settings > Permalinks, that will flush the permalinks. The suggested permalinks are Post Name, they'll work the best for SEO.

Thanks for the reply, that didn't seem to fix the problem... I tried all the options and nothing seemed to help.
There are 2 sections on on my sidebar menu called 'portfolio' (one is empty, one contains your items). Could this be something to do with causing the problem?
in my Templates Override for woocommerce I get an error message with:
bifrost/woocommerce/single-product/related.php version 3.0.0 is out of date. The core version is 3.9.0,
Is it possible to get an updated version of this file? or do you know what the problem is?

1) Auto Update:Install the plugin manually here.
- Generate an Envato API Personal Token by clicking this link.
- These checkboxed need to be ticked.
- View and search Envato sites.
- Download the user’s purchased items.
- List purchases the user has made.
- Copy the token key and paste into the box on the WordPress > Envato Market.
- Click the “Save Changes” button.
- A list of purchased Themes & Plugins from Envato Market will appear including Bifrost, which will notify you about the update.
2) Manual Update:Note: Make sure to delete the Neuron Core plugin and install it again from the new Bifrost.

Into what box? on the Envato market website? ...when i put it in the search box nothing comes up... and I cant find anywhere else to enter it....?!

It seems that is coming from any third-party plugin, please de-activate all plugins that you're not using.
