When I assigned the page in Woocommerce, I was no longer allowed to edit it with Elementor. I get the following message:
The Preview Could Not Be Loaded We're sorry, but something went wrong. Click on 'Learn more' and follow each of the steps to quickly solve it.
How can I fix it?
Before assigning it to Woocommerce I had almost completely edited it with Elementor and had previewed it and it looked correctly, but when I assigned it, the visualization changed completely and lost the whole format, as in the image attached below.
That's the problem, when you assign it as shop page it becomes an archive and archives are not editable by Elementor, the only options that affect the shop archive page are those in Appearance > Customize > Shop.
So, you either keep working on it via Elementor or customize it with options. You can decide on this one.
The posts element that is not inserted any category will work same as archive, it will display all products.
Feel free to ask for anything you need.

I am very sorry for the late reply, we did not work on the weekend.
Please if you don't plan using it with Elementor, delete the shop page first and create it again, simply create a blank page and assign it to the WooCommerce settings, more can be read here.
No, I WANT to use it with Elementor, but as I explained before, when I assigned the page in Woocommerce, lost all format. Some of the products appear repeated and aligned to the left and only by scrolling the page down, the products look as they should be. I tried to fix it in Appearance> Customize> Shop and it doesn't work either. I really wish you could help me, since I'm stuck without being able to move forward, I don't understand if it's a problem with the Page, the Theme or with Woocommerce.
There's a 'tiny' problem with Elementor and WooCommerce page. What that means? it means if in a page is once used Elementor when it will be assigned as shop page the layout may break, so what to do next?
There are two solutions.
Leave it unassigned and use it freely with Elementor.
Delete the page and create it a fresh one, it can be blank. When shop is selected in WooCommerce Settings the layout will be added. The only options that will affect that page are those in Appearance > Customize > Shop.

It worked! I took option 2.
I have another question about color, but I will open another Ticket with the corresponding subject.
Thank you so much!
