Hi GenniferR,
Can you please provide me with an URL, so I can check why it is not working and how we can fix it.
Also, please try to flush the permalinks by clicking Save Changes on Settings > Permalinks.

In the breadcrumbs, the Home link now works properly, but Portfolio and Branding are not live links. Shouldn't they be?

I am very sorry for the late reply, we did not work on the weekend.
I've made a screenshot of the breadcrumb and explaining what they are, the links are not supposed to be there actually.
