It seems like you're using a header template on the home page and a default header on the other pages, to assign the same header for all pages, please go to Appearance > Customize > Header > Layout and select type to Template, a new field below will appear where you can select the template.
In the theme you can either use the header that comes as default where you can upload the logo from Customizer and manage it from there or via Elementor where you can create headers and assign them to different pages, so please hover onto button Edit with Elementor and see if there appears a header template. https://prnt.sc/ppaaad
Click onto the template and the editor for that template will be opened where you can easily edit it.
I am able to edit the templates or keep default for all pages but the home page. When i make changes to the header on other pages i can instantly see the changes. However, on the home page no matter what I set or change the header doesnt change. The header that keeps showing is Second Classic Header. To test, i set the Second Classic Header to draft and it still shows on home page. Not sure why home page shows this header when the header for the home page is set to default.
Throughout all this testing, when I clicked edit with Elementor for the header, it adds a thin white line to the top and bottom of my slider on the home page.
Refer to the image attached.
1. shows the white line that now appears
2. Shows that when im still on default for header it shows a header that has now been completely deleted from templates.

I understand that I can edit through elementor or use the default one that comes with the theme. I’m choosing to use the one that comes with the theme. The issue is, on the home page only, when I set it to default it doesn’t change to default. It stays as the template. All other pages are working but the home page.
It is not inheriting the values from Customizer, to make it work please edit the page and go to page settings > header and set all the values to inherit.
Feel free to ask for anything you need.

Interestingly enough, after deleting the header template it was using, its now switched to the next template even though the header is set to default.
are you able to look into this issue?

As for the line, please edit the main section and change the columns gap to no gap.
