    So when I select the .zip file to upload the theme I just get the error "The link you followed has expired". I have added some code to my htaccess to raise the upload file limit but still get the same error?

    Hi,

    Since you have access to the htaccess, can you please add these values.

    php_value upload_max_filesize 64M
    php_value post_max_size 64M
    php_value max_execution_time 300
    php_value max_input_time 300

    Please let me know when you do that.

    It explains how via the plugin WP File manager you can upload the theme into WordPress. The reason why that is not working is because host is running out of memory.
