Hi, when I used One Click Demo Import to import template, it always shows the template has been installed successfully; however the site is either without the content(text, pics placeholders) or wrong template- as I have tried importing several templates.
I want to import the template of Designer Portfolio which did not really import the content, then I tried creative portfolio agency it becomes some blog post format.
Can you please provide me with your wp-admin, I will have a quick look and import the demo that you're trying to import. Make sure to tick private on the reply.

It seems like you have already import the whole demo of Bifrost, so what I've did is.
Set the Designer Portfolio as Front Page.
Set the Permalinks to Pretty Permalinks
Disabled the Elementor Default Colors & Fonts.
Created a new menu called Primary Menu.
What I would suggest you to do next?
Remove the unwanted pages or draft them(faster website)
Start replacing the content & portfolio items.
How Portfolio Items works?
The images that are displayed on the portfolio element are portfolio items, they are linked through categories to the portfolio element. The images that are displayed for the portfolio item are placed on featured image of each portfolio item.
The following example shows a posts element in which are attached 'Apps', 'Development' and 'Editing' categories, which means all the portfolio items that have assigned one of these categories will be directly displayed on that page.
There is also the Metro Layout Type in which the posts are manually added via query field, the reason why they are manually added there is because of their columns flexibility.
In the theme you can either use the header that comes as default where you can upload the logo from Customizer and manage it from there or via Elementor where you can create headers and assign them to different pages, so please hover onto button Edit with Elementor and see if there appears a header template. https://prnt.sc/ppaaad
Click onto the template and the editor for that template will be opened where you can easily edit it.

Please make sure to install and activate all required plugins, especially Neuron Core & Elementor.
The plugins can be installed at Appearance > install Plugins.
