I am not understanding quite well, can you please explain it further, maybe explaining with any screenshot.

You can combine anything that you need on a page, simply edit a page with Elementor and onto it you'll be able to drag & drop any of the elements that we provide.

In the theme you can either use the header that comes as default where you can upload the logo from Customizer and manage it from there or via Elementor where you can create headers and assign them to different pages, so please hover onto button Edit with Elementor and see if there appears a header template. https://prnt.sc/ppaaad

Click onto the template and the editor for that template will be opened where you can easily edit it.

You can assign them for all pages in Appearance > Customize > Header > Layout > Type (select type to template and a new field below will appear where you can select the template).

Please go to the page settings and see if you're inheriting the values or not.

The options can be set differently for each page in the page settings. The option that you're looking is as Page Settings > General.

Make sure to edit the page with regular edit and you'll see the options there.
