Sticky menu is not working with my header template. I have set both sticky settings in customizer and page settings in various combinations w/o inherit.
The sticky menu works on the default header but only if you set it in the page settings and not with inherit.
If you're using header template and want to use sticky template, please make sure in Customizer to select the sticky template too.
What I am trying to say is that when you have template as header, you have to select the template of the sticky also. The field where you can select the template (sticky) will appear below the transparency option in Customizer.
Feel free to ask for anything you need.

I got it to work with the sticky menu on the template header. Its a bit different behavior than the default menu and I had to make some changes in the Elementor. For example it was set up with transparent background.
And it won't stick if the content is too short on the page.

Yes I did that but still no sticky.
I selected same as header template but tried with others also.
Thanks!
Hi,
Can you please provide me with your wp-admin, I will have a quick look to see what's going on. Make sure to tick private.
One more thing, there's an option called autohide, which enables the sticky only when scrolling up.

Stickiness works on the portfolio item content but not on the header template.
Thanks!
Hi,
Yes, because sticky needs two header to load the normal header and the second header which will come right after the first header is gone.

Yes I did select two headers. Stickiness works on the portfolio item page and there is only one selection there.
I tried both same header and another one for the second header but still sticky menu don't work. Only on default menu.
/Thanks!

Glad to know that you've managed to sort it out. Unfortunately that's how it works, it needs some pixels before it appears.
