What does foot page means? Do you mean the footer? The copyright of the footer can be changed at Appearance > Customize > Footer > Copyright and the widgets can be changed at Appearance > Widgets.

if i change the menu in Appearance > Menus ( as you can see in the foto), it doesn't correspond what appears in the footer.
otherwise, if i go to Elementor/ footer, i can find the 4 footer sides, (as u see in the image uploaded), but in "contact" appears this [elementor-template id="19780"]...and i don't know how to change this numbers of tel there, as i want to keep the icon of the telefon. Thanks
Exactly, the way I've displayed you is the only way to edit the template.
By hovering onto edit with Elementor you'll be able to edit that template and change the phone number. The phone number is onto the template that is being displayed as a simple shortcode [elementor ...]

The quick menu is a menu that is created in Appearance > Menus. You can go at Appearance > Menus and select Quick Menu.

Please hover onto the button edit with Elementor, there will appear a dropdown of the templates that are being displayed on that page.
