i've already transleated most of the english phrases. Unfortunately Loco Translator plugin you recommend can't find a word "project" you can see in the breadcrumb on the screen.
Please search it as Projects and not projects, that could be the reason why it is not working. Also you need to search it as string, because it is located under text domain arkhitekton.

Sorry, I've though of something else.
That is generated automatically from the prefix of the Projects, so please go to Appearance > Customize > Portfolio > Prefix.

Change that to any string that you like and after that go to Settings > Permalinks and click save changes to flush the permalinks.
