In this one you need a bit of JavaScript and a bit of Custom CSS, but I'm sure that at the end it will work amazing.

1) Go to Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS.

2) Install the following plugin.

Go to Settings > Insert Headers and Footer and add the following script.

1) I don't know why Elementor disables that by default (Fixed Background). The only way that we can enable it, is by adding another class to the fixed section.
