I am very sorry for the late reply, we were not working on the weekend.
You need to modify the single-portfolio.php by adding comments onto it, I have prepared you the file that contains the modified single-portfolio.php, so all you have to do is place that within the child theme or main theme. I would suggest child theme, because in case of any update nothing would lose.
Make sure to extract it first.
