When trying to install the neuron core plugin, I get this error message:
Fatal error: Cannot use KirkiURL as URL because the name is already in use in /home/content/62/9271062/html/wp-content/plugins/neuron-core-bifrost/includes/plugins/kirki/packages/kirki-framework/field-typography/src/Field/Typography.php on line 15
Does this have something to do with PHP compatibility? I use GoDaddy, fyi. Also, I am very inexperienced at building sites, so please explain whatever advice you give, as if you are speaking to someone without experience.
However, Slider Revolution is not showing up on my site. It is visible when when I'm in Elementor but not visible once outside of Elementor. I can see the arrows and numbers at the bottom but don't see the slides? I have been looking up solutions online and have tried a number of things, but It is still not working. ?
I've found why the Slider Revolution is not displaying, the reason is that your host seems to block CORS Policy which means it blocks the resources that comes from third-party websites in this case, it's not the slider who is not showing it's the images who are not being displayed.
Ok, is there a "next step" that you can recommend? When you replaced the image with a "dummy image", I'm not sure how that solved the issue or how to recreate the process. I called GoDaddy to see if they could resolve the issue, and they recommended that I contact the developer. Do you recommend contacting Revolution Slider directly? If so, can you provide the purchase code? Thank you.

There's no need to purchase an extra license, the problem seems to be at the website SSL. Please provide me with your wp-admin and I will have a quick look to see what's going on and how that can be fixed

I'm on Slider Rev version 6.1.3 and need to update to 6.1.4 in order to access these feature. In order to upgrade, I need a purchase code. Is that something you can provide? Thanks.
When my site is viewed on a mobile device, I'm not crazy about the drop down menu's appearance. The large, black block isn't ideal. I have tried to change it but can't figure it out. Could you please point me in the right direction. Thanks!
If you're using header as template you can change that via mobile editing.
In the theme you can either use the header that comes as default where you can upload the logo from Customizer and manage it from there or via Elementor where you can create headers and assign them to different pages, so please hover onto button Edit with Elementor and see if there appears a header template. https://prnt.sc/ppaaad
Click onto the template and the editor for that template will be opened where you can easily edit it.

Unfortunately I was not able to fix it within the WordPress, you need to fix it from Godaddy.

I contacted GoDaddy, and they were unable to resolve the issue. They suggested contacting Slider Revolution.
In the meantime, I installed Smart Slider, and it works just fine.
