    Hi there,

    I accidentally bought the proton theme when I meant to purchase the BiFrost theme. Is it possible to get the two switched since they are the same price? In good faith, I uninstalled the Proton theme from my WP site and also deleted the download I had made from the Envato marketplace.  

    No refund is needed, I was just hoping I could get the Proton theme purchase switched to BiFrost. I had both open during a preview and I got switched around and thought I was purchasing BiFrost.

    I am very sorry for the late reply, we were on a business trip, so I could not reply on the correct timefrown.png

    Sure, please purchase first Bifrost and let me know when you do it, after that ask for a refund on Proton and we'll accept it.

    The reason why we can't switch licenses, is because we need to provide you with files manually and it's much better for you to have the files on downloads.

    okay no worries, after the thanksgiving holiday I’ll purchase bifrost and get that refund submitted for the proton theme purchase. Is it possible we can keep this ticket open just Incase something happens with the refund process?

    Thanks so much for the kindness and patience in this manner. I've gone ahead and purchased the BiFrost theme and have submitted a refund ticket. Ticket number for the refund is: 1720417
