I have some troubles with Bifrost. I update the theme but I can't update demo data with plugin 'One Click Demo Import'. Can I update demo data manually? How?
How do you mean updating the demo data? Demo data cannot be imported, you should import the demos at Appearance > One Click Demo Importer, these will be imported as new pages not as existing pages.
