Hi Adrienne,

1) When you add the Custom Font, it will be ready to be used within the Customizer or in Elementor Typography Settings.

2) I would provide you with Custom CSS, but I would say that since you're using header template, the best way to reduce that font size is by editing the template directly for mobile.

So, hover onto the button Edit with Elementor and a dropdown of all used templates will appear, tick the one that says header and a new editor panel will be opened where you can edit the header.

Please edit the header by hovering onto the button Edit with Elementor and the dropdown of all templates being used on that page will appear, click onto the one that says (header) and you'll be able to edit the header with Elementor, you can use the Site Title or change that to any text.

In the theme you can either use the header that comes as default where you can upload the logo from Customizer and manage it from there or via Elementor where you can create headers and assign them to different pages, so please hover onto button Edit with Elementor and see if there appears a header template. https://prnt.sc/ppaaad 

Click onto the template and the editor for that template will be opened where you can easily edit it. Click on the site title and edit the typography of that element.
