Hello! I’ve just installed the theme including the neuron core plugin and imported Education template! And now any changes (logo uploaded, colors, types, etc) are applied to the theme. Please any idea? (PHP 7.4 installed on the server. Thank you
Are you asking how a logo can be changed or what is the actual question, I am sorry but I am not understanding it well.
In the theme you can either use the header that comes as default where you can upload the logo from Customizer and manage it from there or via Elementor where you can create headers and assign them to different pages, so please hover onto button Edit with Elementor and see if there appears a header template. https://prnt.sc/ppaaad
Click onto the template and the editor for that template will be opened where you can easily edit it.
Thank you for the answer. What I mean exactly is that I can't change the logo or some details from the customizer. I tried the templates "educator" and "construction" and nothing happens. I can do it from elementor and I have done so. But it's simpler and easier from the customize. Why doesn't it work well?
Well, the reason why these cannot be changed is because there are two different header types, as we call it Default Header and Elementor Header, in the default header you'll be able to control it from Customizer and in Elementor you can freely build whatever you want in your header, that's the reason why it does not work. The logo for example is not specified that only one logo will be used as in default header, that things on header are pretty much static.
Probably the pages that you're trying to change logos their header is built with Elementor.
