I work with the Theme Bifrost and use the Creative Studio Theme to create a portfolio.
At the moment I am very disappointed with the theme. I‘ve worked with some themes before, but unfortunately this one frustrates me. Much does not seem to work as it should. Or I‘m doing something wrong ...
1. Typography: Actually, here I have the opportunity to set everything so as not to make unnecessary work and to have all the headings, paragraphs, texts, etc. always the same style. For example, if I set the font size to 12px for “Headings → Heading 1 → Font Size”, the text size will NOT be changed (even for any other numeric value). Why can I define font sizes if they are not change?
2. Layout and Structure With the help of the „elementor“ I created a structure of „33,66“ and stretched the section to the full width, then I filled it with text, etc. .... After refreshing the page, my section is suddenly squeezed together on half of the page and that though „section stretch“ is still enabled. I currently see no way to get the section back to full width (see Image: Layout_Structure.jpg). What am I doing wrong?
3. Title & breadcrumbs In my portfolio item I have 2x a title with breadcrumbs. Where can I turn off / hide title 1 with breadcrums? (see image: Titel_Breadcrumbs.jpg)
4. Link In the portfolio item, at the bottom of the side is the possibility to go back to the portfolio with a link, but the link does not work (he only reloads the page). Where can I edit the link?
5. Menus On my homepage I have the „Top Menu simple“. In my portfolio items is everywhere a hamburger menu integrated: where can I change the menu (for all portfolio items) to the „Top Menu simple“?
6. Logo Instead of a logo, I currently have the website title in it. Is it possible to change the hover effect here? If so, where can I do this?
2) Please go to the portfolio item settings and set the Portfolio Item Type to Elementor, because for the moment you're using the Side Portfolio.
4) Please go to Appearance > Customize > Portfolio > Portfolio Item. There it is the back button URL.
5) You can either change it on the header settings when editing the portfolio item with regular settings or edit it for all pages at Appearance > Customize > Header > Layout > Type(select type to template and new field below will appear)
By settings inherit on page settings, the header will be inherited from Customizer.
6) In the theme you can either use the header that comes as default where you can upload the logo from Customizer and manage it from there or via Elementor where you can create headers and assign them to different pages, so please hover onto button Edit with Elementor and see if there appears a header template. https://prnt.sc/ppaaad
Click onto the template and the editor for that template will be opened where you can easily edit it.
But number 6 is not very clear yet. I have the opportunity to edit the header with Elementor, but I can not find the settings. Would you be so nice and would tell me, where exactly I find the setting for the Hovereffect there?
By the way, I noticed why I am so frustrated with the theme: some missing feedback. For example, the font (my problem number 1). Here I have only read in the forum that a value, such as pixels, must specify. This works great, but unfortunately there is nowhere a notice in the theme. I‘ve been trying to enter different numbers all the time, but I have not received either an error message or an indication that I need to specify a unit. And THAT is actually very frustrating, as I then assume that the theme is not working. I can easily imagine that other users are feeling the same. Maybe you‘ll think about adding some feedback.
But do not worry I like your theme anyway =)
Then another problem appears: I changed one of the existing portfolio categories in the theme (the original one was „branding“ and I changed it to „UX Design“). When I reloaded my page, this category does not exist (even the corresponding portfolio items are not displayed) (see Image: Categorie.jpg). I do not know, where the mistake lies here, since I only changed the name ...

I agree with you on this one, we should have redefined with better description and a lot more helpful information. We'll consider this on the upcoming update.
Please edit the page with Elementor and re-select the categories on the query field, that field may get cached and not display the categories properly.

2 questions about the portfolio item 1. Hovereffects: For the start page of my portfolio, I have set the Hovereffect, font color and everything else with the help of the Elementor. However, there is also a single page of each category (where you see all portfolio items, who belongs to this category) → I can not edit this page with the Elementor like the other and now I wonder where I can make these settings (Hovereffect), so that here is the same design? Or is it possible to completely switch off this pages of each categroy?
2. Is it possible to adjust this Hovereffect (with Color and font color like in desktop version) permanent to watch in the mobile version? Because in the tablet or smartphone version, the user has no way to go over the image with a mouse pointer, he clicks it directly with the finger.
