Unfortunately the subcategories does not display on the category page, that will need some extra modification on the category page, if you want that, I can add it on your child theme, just provide me with your wp-admin.

hi, first of all a clarification we talk about products and not articles / posts. Unfortunately, in the product categories (woocommerce) the products are inserted instead of the sub-categories. Example: in the category page I would like to have all the individual sub-categories and not the individual products

I've overriden the WooCommerce templates on your child theme, please check them.
Parent Category: https://www.lemeraviglieditalia.it/categoria-prodotto/clothing/
Child Category: https://www.lemeraviglieditalia.it/categoria-prodotto/clothing/hoodies/
Make sure to tick show subcategories on parent categories.

Please make them display to the subcategories, so every parent that has subcategories should have subcategories as display type.
