The issue could be at the menu not at the header, please go to Appearance > Menus and see if there is any removed page, it will be highlighted on red, so you can spot it.

I am reaching this issue: The site is experiencing technical difficulties.

Please make sure that your PHP server is at version 7 or higher, also you have the following settings on the PHP server.

PHP Recommendations

Memory Size: memory_limit = 256M
Script execution time: max_execution_time = 400
Number of input variables: max_input_vars = 4000

If you don’t have access to the php.ini file, you can add the following values in your .htaccess file:

php_value max_execution_time 400
php_value memory_limit 256M
php_value upload_max_filesize 10M

Be careful using these settings, some hosting companies don’t allow users to change php settings, if you experience any problem after making these changes, please revert these in your .htaccess file, using your FTP client.

Also in the theme you can either use the header that comes as default where you can upload the logo from Customizer and manage it from there or via Elementor where you can create headers and assign them to different pages, so please hover onto button Edit with Elementor and see if there appears a header template. https://prnt.sc/ppaaad

The main demo imports all the homepages that are in Arkhitekton, so you can later delete them and use only the classic agency.

After that you can go to Settings > Reading and set it as front page.

Sure, but there's a tricky thing, we use to kind of headers for that. Which basically its the same header in two templates, one with background and one without.

I've created you header and assigned it for all pages on Appearance > Customize > Header > Layout.
