    My Kyoto download zip is missing elementor, themes, sidebars in dashboard.

    Hi,

    Please make sure to install and activate the plugin Neuron Core, that's the key of most features on Kyoto.

    Neuron core is not coming up the add plug in search.

    Hi,

    Please go to Appearance > Install Plugins, there you'll find the neuron core plugin, it is attached on the theme, since it's a custom made plugin for Kyoto.
