How can I change the font size in Footer Sidebar? My email is large and it is not centered in the best way and I would like to resize the font size. Is this possible? I attach screenshot.

1) Are you using the default footer or a footer that is created with Elementor? You can create a footer fully with Elementor and display it on all pages.
2) Well, you need a help of a third-party plugin. Install the following plugin and add the text as a change.

Of course, you can do that simply by adding the following style in Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS.
