After using the BioFrost template to implement our website we have run into the problem that now that the website its complete it loads on any PC or Mac Desktop or laptop but doesn't load on a Mobile iPhone or iPad device. Itonlyloads after 5-10 minutes. We located something in the code that gives us reason to believe that his could be the issue: Please see photo attached to this message. We know for sure that whatever is referencing and finding has nothing to do with our website. We believe these are remnants from the placeholders on the template. We just want to know what steps we need to take to either delete this part of the code and how we can do this.
Please let us know if this issue with apple iOS mobile devices is something that is common with this template because we are at a loss.
There seems to be a placeholder linked but not existing on the page somewhere, I cannot find it through inspect element, can you please provide me with your wp-admin, I will find it and remove it. Make sure to tick private on the reply.
The placeholder got inside when you imported the demo importer.
