took me forever to figure this one out as well. it's part of the 'Hero' of your page.
so when you make a new page/portfolio item etc, when you are in the dashboard view of the page. there are some settings at the bottom - hide the hero bit and it'll go away.

I am very sorry for the late reply, we were not working on the weekend.
Thank you very much for responding Travisatx. The problem is that we use the title alone and in such called hero, so that's why these two got messed.
