Cover image blurred: On my home page, those cover image is bluring really bad. I have the same image in my individual project page, and those images just looks fine.
Hamburger menu disappear when i open a full size desktop view: Those pages are no longer stay in the menu, but all jump out become a list.
Resize the web, hamburger menu back: whenever i make the window smaller, the hamburger menu comes back. And it won't work as the menu, because once you click it, it just become a black block.
1) Please go to the tab thumbnail and from there disable the thumbnail resizer. https://prnt.sc/ph0zsh
2) Please go to Appearance > Menus and set the menu you're using as Main Menu.
3) You can either enable the header that you're using on your homepage for all page which can be done at Appearance > Customize > Header > Layout or add the following style to fix that dropdown.
.l-primary-header--responsive__nav a, .l-primary-header--responsive__nav a:hover { color: #fff !important; }

1) Hmm, can you please provide me with your wp-admin, I will have a quick look to see what's going on, make sure to tick private. Also was that home page right?
2) The images that are displayed on the portfolio element are portfolio items, they are linked through categories to the portfolio element. The images that are displayed for the portfolio item are placed on featured image of each portfolio item.
The following example shows a posts element in which are attached 'Apps', 'Development' and 'Editing' categories, which means all the portfolio items that have assigned one of these categories will be directly displayed on that page.
One more thing is the Metro Layout Type in which the posts are manually added via query field, the reason why they are manually added there is because of their flexibility for columns.
I am trying to use the contact page templates that include email box for connivence (like contact-personal or contact-classic), but could not find anything that able to editing from my page except from library (please see on attachment). However, those blocks seems like the pro option which need to pay for. Please help me figure out how to reach that email contact if its possible that already include the payment form my purchase.

The resolution shows alright now. You can choose any resolution that you'd like, the last value is Custom, if you want to specify custom resolution.

You can import the contact pages at Appearance > One Click Demo Importer and save what you need as template so you can import in your page.
