I´m asking for a refund.

I was looking for a simple, customizable Portfolio theme and picked your bifrost theme because of the good rate and comments, and of course of the description. Unfortunately it doesn´t work for me as you describe, wether the installing wizard (as shown in the youtube video, it doesn´t work), the demo importer (no content available, the menu is displayed as a large text list - i guess wp can´t find the css file), can´t change the footer and header with elementor and so on. This theme isn´t for beginners or "out of the box".

I know that you aren´t accepting refunds, as read in the comments here?

Thanks for the answer! Unfortunately, i think it's pointless because envato said this:

"We have sent your refund request to neuronthemes for review. They will be able to approve or deny the request and may get in contact with you if they need to discuss any of the details."

So no one is getting in any responsibilty, just playing a pingpong game..
