I am trying to adjust the top navigation bar to remove some of the items but I can't seem to find where they are located and also the footer contact details. Where can I find it to make edits?
1) Please go to Appearance > Menus, there you can manage the menus, look for the main menu, also the footer is created by widgets which location is Appearance > Widgets.

1) That's the header simply hover onto Edit with Elementor at the top and the dropdown of templates will appear.

3) The images that are displayed on the portfolio element are portfolio items, they are linked through categories to the portfolio element. The images that are displayed for the portfolio item are placed on featured image of each portfolio item.
The following example shows a posts element in which are attached 'Apps', 'Development' and 'Editing' categories, which means all the portfolio items that have assigned one of these categories will be directly displayed on that page.
One more thing is the Metro Layout Type in which the posts are manually added via query field, the reason why they are manually added there is because of their flexibility for columns.
Hi again. I've finally found the portfolio and as you can see placed a new image, however that image is displaying 'low resolution' I am certain that is a good quality image so is there a check box to allow a higher resolution display?
2. When I do select the portfolio, there is a very long list before reaching the Portfolio. How do I get rid of this list?
1) Please go to the section 'Thumbnail' and disable the resizer, that is resizing your images.
2) Hmm what list is that? It seems like menu, please go to Appearance > Menus and see if there's any menu that contains any removed page, that can cause that layout.

i'm not entirely sure what that menu list is or where it's located. When scrolled to the bottom is the area I would like to appear at the top. Any idea's how to delete the List?
Can you please provide me with your wp-admin(make sure to tick private on the reply). Also, the menus are located in Appearance > Menus, you can select all the menus there and see if there is any other that is appearing there, remove all menus and leave only one that you're using.

I am very sorry for the late reply, we had some problems with the support system yesterday.
1) These are pages and can be found in Pages > All Pages, to edit them from the menu, please go to Appearance > Menus. https://prnt.sc/pbth6t
2) The menu can be changed only in the Appearance > Menus, in Elementor you can change the layout of the header.
3) This list must be a menu I guess, and the reason why it is not showing properly is that there is any page that is removed and is causing the issue, so check all the menus and see if there is not any menu properly changed. https://prnt.sc/pbthoy
4) Should be related to the third one.
You can remove the menus and leave only the main menu that you're using.

Sorry, I'm still struggling to edit Point2. (the very very very very long list) still is there and I can't even edit, delete or locate it.
I've tried using Elementor while on the page but there's no way to even select it. - can you share some light exactly where it is?
