You should check first what kind of header you're using, a template or the default one from the theme. You can easily check if you're using a template, simply hover onto the button Edit With Elementor of the page and see if there is any header showing.

I am trying to change my header title to a logo, but when I upload it in the settings nothing changes...
Also I am unable to edit the header social media icons and the email/phone number values, I don't know how to do it.
I'd appreciate some help.

Hi David,

If it is, please click onto that and the header will open in Elementor editor where you can edit the logo or the menu.
