I get this error by installing the plugin: "Neuron Core"

Fatal error: Cannot use KirkiURL as URL because the name is already in use in /home/hk2b9i9d/advdesign.it/wp-content/plugins/neuron-core-bifrost/includes/plugins/kirki/packages/kirki-framework/field-typography/src/Field/Typography.php on line 15

If I try to install the plugin via ftp, in the frontend of the site I see a white screen with this text: The site is experiencing technical difficulties.

Can you help me? Thank you

I have the similar troubles with this Kirki.

It is not clean install. I have just set in webhosting menu update from PHP 5.6 to 7.3, hopefully it will help. There is 30 minutes delay until the change will be visible. I will let inform later.

What might cause it?
BTW: I just purchased the theme Bitfront and I'm so excited. :) Hopefully, it will be solved by the change of PHP.
