Hi, I have looked and looked for the solution but come up short. On the example App Landing, the main navigation changes from light to dark on scroll. So when fully positioned at the top the logo and text are white, then once scrolled it changes to a white background with black text.
How is this possible please, Ive looked everywhere.
That's because we have chosen another header to appear on sticky, you can see on the page settings the option transparency, if you set it to sticky a new option will appear where you can choose if you want the default header to appear as sticky or template, right after choosing the template header a new option below will appear which lets you select the template, you can select easily there the light template(in our case).

Can this be done globally or must it be done on each page? I currently have all page options set to inherit so everything is set in the theme customiser where transparency is already set to sticky. The only place I have the option to use a template is under the 'Type' heading but no templates show.

Sure, you can select it on the Appearance > Customize > Header > Layout.
