The updated Amartha theme has been installed and I am now trying to build the Header of a website using Elementor's Theme Builder. When I first exited Elementor's Theme Builder for the Header and then tried to get back into it, I was met with this error: "The site is experiencing technical difficulties. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions."
My colleague and I have deleted the theme via FTP and then re-installed it, but we are still met with this same error.
Have you come across this error before? Can you help us enter the Elementor's Theme Builder for the Header?
That error is very general, I can't know exactly what is not working, maybe checking any log and see what happens but please make sure that you have the following steps completed.
Install and Activate all required plugins.
Have the PHP version of server to 7 or higher.
The maximum execution is at the right settings. max_execution_time = 400
The file permissions are open. 755
And for the end, please delete the neuron core amartha plugin and re-install it again from Appearance > Install Plugins.
